Be honest and polite and tell them I'm not interested. If that doesn't work, I become a bit more harsh

Im completely honest with them- I just tell it like it is- It might hurt but they'll get over it and move on.

What do you do about a man(or woman) that is in love with you that you don't want? well first Id cook them some of my meatloaf... and if that didnt send them running Id tell them I never want to work again... If that didnt send them running Id tell them Im in secretly in love with Obama...
