you ever feel like no one cares about you anymore? like if you were to die no one would know or care? ever feel that you have no reason to be here on earth?
What do you usally do to shake that feeling? |

its a terrible feeling, when one questions there own self-worth, I am sure we have all gone thru that, but when it happens I try to get
MORE involved, like .. find a ice hockey game to play, go walk a mall, or a Costco, not spend money , but its more of get out of the house thing ....

Since then, I've lost the person who meant the most to me, had to move three times, and been in a near-fatal car crash. I can't get my prescriptions and I can't get to the doctor because I don't have a car anymore and none of my "friends" will give me a ride. Outside of a few people on this site, I don't think anyone would notice if I did vanish.... |

I don't feel this way because I know that I have a family who depends on me for just about everything. If I am gone for a day they are burning up my cell. They love me and I love them.

yes sometimes I feel that way I have a few tears and then let that sad moment pass theres always people on here that are kind to me and thats always a nice feeling sometimes a comment just from a random person can lift someones spirits

What do you usally do to shake that feeling? first eat some pancakes... then go walk do anything active to get your endorphins going... activity helps.. do something for others and that will take the focus off of you...

I have felt that way off and on all my life..I always felt I was born in the wrong time and place.. go figure.. I keep very busy, winters are hard, need to keep moving.. Hope you have a better day!

thank you anyway. cant go for a walk on the road I live on.. its small an people round here drive crazy. would prob get hit by a car lol no side walk.
