I get the impression from mingle members who never post, that we- especially if you got many posting freaks...lol..I mean friends here- then we are freaks.
Seriously. I don't know if the admin or the mods are able to tell how many others viewing these threads but never post. 2 times as many? Too bad this forum doesn't have the capability to display how many are viewing each thread, it would be surprising I bet you. |

I cant say i care what they think of us. If they dont post they are nobody to me.
I hardly care even what the people that do post think! lol |

Yeah...as I just proved that in less than 1 minute, there are 16 views and 3 posts (excluding this). 4 times as many views as posts, something tells me those views aren't all the members who post at least once in a while. There are "lookers" who never post. |

But, the count does go up on views for a few reasons. If you hit refresh.. POOF, another view. Or if you flip back and forth between pages that you are posting on, POOF, more views there too..

I saw a guy that has about 50 some-odd pages of lady friends, and yet he's NEVER made a single post in a forum. It ought to be a rule, just like any other site. Contribute, or be cut from the herd. JMO.

As far as the views go every time you look at that post the view count goes up even if it was the same person.
Actually there are but a hand full of members that actually post within the forums. Many of the members don't post within the forums and there are a lot that do not even realize they are here. A big percentage of the members come here strictly for the dating aspect of the site and stick strictly to that and never look at the forums. But as far as I'm aware of it there is not a way for them to tell how many of those members actually either just read or post within the forums. |

Perhaps some people are not into groupies they would rather have one on one conversations.. First they perv the forums for their prey then pounce on the email anyways thats just my thoughts in the matter

Do you reply to every thread you look at? absolutely not, but I neither believe that all the mingle members who post are the ones looking at all the threads. What I'm trying to say is, as the title says...some view us just "weird"....I had some people I talked to who never post..were actually scared of me, I don't know how to say it...intimidated by having a list of friends in my account? I'm not going to say what she said...but trust me..made me feel like being viewed as a weirdo. |
