its not really anyone's business if you called in sick than you felt better and do something whats the big deal ???

If I call in sick, I AM sick...being the boss has responsibilities. And if my employees call in sick, well then, I have to find a replacement for them, so I don't have to work it, lol.

Hope like hell my idiot helper doesn't read this thread...he has missed more time in 5 months than I have in two years. I donno man....I understand needing time off...I understand getting the tat....I understand needing to meet responsibilities. Get the tat on the weekend or a day off. My idiot helper took half the day off cause he was "sleepy"..believe me, I really resent pulling his worthless slack for something that was not anything serious. Co-workers can and will detect bullsh*t sooner or later....it won't earn you any respect.

And we kinda have been working a few weeks straight everyday 7 days a week without a day off. It's like that alot, and even when they do not need us in there. They have us fill everyone else's spots that are out on the weekend, so I felt I needed some time off to relax a bit. Usually I only use vacation days to take off, but after going non-stop the past 3 weeks, I needed some "me" time, especially since I work 2nd shift.

three for one ,,what ???? do they need some help ???? They rather us take 3 days off than 2, so they don't have to pay as much. See if we take one, it's one point, if we take two days off it's two, but three days is only one. They allow us 3 points within a six month period.
