I truly have no opinion right now as I'm thinking my parameters for what I am searching for may be a little too stringent...

I guess I could say I'm optimistic but that might be overstating the situation. I know what I'm looking for and have already cast aside three now.
One had cats and just being around her made me itch. I should've been more firm on the no cats thing I guess, SO I take the hit on that one.
The next one,,, coming to meet me for the first time was dressed very immodestly (is that even a word?) and to top it off, when her male friend showed up (for what reason, I don't know, to assess me I guess), she was playing with his phone and saying she was going to text his soon to be ex wife and agitate her. Well, that sort of spelled troublemaker.
The third,,, we talked for 1&1/2 hours the first day, 1hour&20min the second day and I started to notice things. She was blaming this guy for something, another guy for something else. I made mention that WE are responsible for things that happen most times. I myself have seen red flags and ignored them, only to pay the price later but in the end, WE are responsible for our lives and the direction they take, most times. I make mention of a profile on Yahoo, she says she has one as well but hasn't used it in ages. I check it out. She has a more current pic that really barely resembles her pics here and it says her activity was in "the last three days". What's really funny is that she gets my phone number that day and says she'll call later. Now, she writes little notes to the email saying how she is so busy that she doesn't have the time to call. I guess there's nothing more to say about that...

I guess I may be becoming less optimistic. Then again, this has all happened in less than 2 weeks.
Hell, I don't really know...
I want to remain optimistic but, I think I'm just sort of indifferent right now...
