i was just thinking about this... i would probably drink all the time, take out massive loans and open credit cards, buy a bunch of stuff, start doing drugs consistently again...

eliminating continuity would have drastic changes on peoples lives, it would quell fear of anything long-term, along with instilling a certain feeling of resilience. reminds me of a chuck palahniuk book...
