It's been triple digit hot here for a while now.
I know it's Monday, but, what the hey!
Got danged tired of waiting for it to cool off enough to fire up the grill.
So, I'm bearing the heat and gonna' cook up a couple Top Sirloins, grill baked potatoes and a grill baked an onion.
Got the fixins for pico de gallo, avacados and jalepenos for guacamole.
What plans ya'll got goin' on for a Monday evening?

This sounds fantastic! I'm procrastinating again.....have laundry in, but otherwise sitting my butt at the computer. I have hamburger thawing on the counter.......I'm sure it will be very mundane.

Guacamole sounds soooooo good right now!

Shshshsh I don't care if it is 110 I still grill yesterday grilled sausage day before was steak today I opt for veggies and ranch dip with the left over sausage from yesterday...... I grill if it is triple digits as well as in what winter we have....... heck my grill is on a covered patio so don't matter rain or shine the grill can be fired up..........bigsmile

my grill never stops.. winter, summer.. makes no difference to me .. have spare bottles at the ready and a bag of charcoal..just did brats tonight in fact..bigsmile

i did 6 racks of pork spare ribs last Thursday over Hickory 5 hours on the grill just as tender as my heart..bigsmile

Hickory smoked is hard to beat, but mesquite will do I suppose..................................................

Oh man! I was thinking "Bar-B-Qued" onion when I saw the thread title....Great minds think alike! Gonna have to thaw out some venison butterfly steaks....cause after reading that...a sandwich just won't do.
