It's funny how my tastes have changed since I've gotten older...I used to crave a nice bloody piece of Prime Rib...but lately, I'm craving veggies & fish. I used to date a cop...it's true! Pork IS the other white meat!

Actually I prefer chicken and turkey for sandwiches... Use to eat my meat well done when I was younger now it is Medium Rare or I don't even want it

Became a "lacto~ovo vegetarian" at 15 ... too many Texan hunting trips and seeing Bambi in my wee years??? Scarred for life ...
Even had a year stint at bein' a vegan, a form of mental masturbation that renders one insane and unhealthy. Talk about over thinking things. IMHO! We actually had a freezer for my Dad's half a cow he ordered at a time, corn fed only. We had a gas grill outside and would throw on a steak or burger as an after school snack. Beef on the spit, STILL one of the most intoxicating parfums known to my sensibilities and this planet's fumes. At 42, I reapproached fish, and eat it quite often now. They actually have a stupid term, something like peskitarian? Meant to be a "vegetarian that incorporates fish into their diet". Rubbish ... My daughter tells her friends that I'm a vegetarian, still! Well, I say that if you eat things that had a face, that is NOT an herbivore/vegetarian. BUT, Manmeat?! ... ... It IS what is for breakfast, lunch and dinner ... YUMMO ... !!! ...

I have an idea that maybe in the afterlife there may not be anything to eat, or if there is, will it be any good? So I pretty much eat what I want, when I want, as much as I want. This as served me well up until recent years. I really need to start running again. |
