And we were discussing what the new little Princess would call her. Granny, Nana, or GRANDMAW just do not fit Joy!

Suggestions??

My sister in law was about Joy's age, YOUNG mind you, to be a Grandmother. Her grand daughter called her Grammy. I liked that.

Usually it's whatever comes out. laugh I know a little boy who calls his grandmother "Gummy". That's what came out when trying to say grandmother.

Shshhs I proudly took the name granny bigsmile when my granddaughter was born everyone else wanted meme, nana, mama ect,,,,

But she called me ganny for a long time and I loved it bigsmile

I always said grandma or grandpa. I only say grandpa now (my grandmothers passed away).

My niece calls her gramma "Omma" Her grandmother has such a thick German accent the word "grandma" turned into "Omma"
