Clinton is the man sure he had the morals of an alley cat. He did more for this country than a lot of other presidents. I will not say their names you know who I am talking about though.
Although I am a huge Clinton fan I think I like Obama a little bit better time will tell.

Clinton was as bad as any other. Tax and spend, phony foreign wars, lather, rinse repeat. noway

he lied under oath in a deposition when a woman sued him for sexual harrassment.

He was impeached for purjury AND obstruction of justice

he used the power of the Presidency to circumvent justice in a civil case

that was our business

He had a way of gettin' a lot of women, except Hillary, to drop their drawers for him. Between him and JFK, they turned a lot of Pages.

What woman sued him for sexual harrassment?

Perjury and obstruction of justice about his damn sex life that was none of our business, only an idiot wouldn't see the wrong in that.noway And yes there were alot of idiots around that time. People should have got smarter by now.

Circumvention in a case about his sex life that was none of our business. We shouldn't have been there anyway.

Paula Jones sued him for sexual harrassment

and anytime a President uses his power to deny someone a fair trial it IS our business

Haha, what a joke, honoring an adulterer and a liar who at the time was a President.

Way ta go!
laugh rofl laugh

They can have him!

I dont think they were honoring his adultery anymore than columbus day honors his murdering of indians. They were most likely honoring the ways they feel he helped them back to some type of independence. Most heros still manage to be human enough to have personal flaws.

Perhaps not in the world you live in. For the rest of us, it was well publicized and documented.

I'm a sometime lust-filled guy and I don't begrudge him gettin' a little using his politcal influence. But, I like my women willing.

I don't care why they did it, I think it's hilarious and they can have it for all I'm concerned. You can bank on it that if it were here in the US it would stay in a pristine condition.

Im sure it would. Most other countries thought it was kind of hilarious that we spent the time and money to investigate the presidents affair. Humor is subjective, Im sure we could all find some in just about anyone's choice of hero....

Because it was wrong what he did. He was the President of the United States. Just some don't care that much about morals in someone that is "supposed" to have higher standards and set an "example".whoa

Nice example clinton:thumbsup:

Many care about morals but understand that noone is morally perfect,,,including presidents

I prefer all people abide by morals, but when it comes to their job, I think what they produce there is more significant to their employer than their personal lives or sins. His job was to run the country and many of us concern ourself more with how well he did his JOB than with how morally perfect or imperfect he may have been. I cant think of a president in my lifetime who set a perfect moral example,,,maybe carter and you see how much respect he got for it...

The impeachment was for lying. Which he should not have had to do because we shouldn't have been in his sex life to begin with.

My tax dollars were wasted on all of that for a bunch of idiots who needed to go take care of their wifes, girlfriends, male partners and stay the hell out of other people's sex lives.

Our tax dollars are wasted every day on stupid crap. Idiots are the ones that don't see a president that had an affair as wrong. It's the idiots that don't see that a President is SUPPOSED to set an example for our Country, screwing another woman while he was married was DEAD WRONG. He got what he deserved.

He was dead wrong, I agree. That made him a bad husband not a bad president. The country didnt get what it deserved by placing the funds and time on that investigation rather than on things actually affecting americans.
