Although both are important i would say friendship first with friendship it can lead to gifts this can lead to cash which in turn could lead to use of there credit card and access to there cash and bank account details this may only be achieved due to giving in to the persons physical needs i suggest any form of physical exercise in order to achieve this. The physical attributes might be more important in the beginning until you know each other. If I like someone and they treat me well and we get along the looks become less important. Plus, if there's chemistry and I like him- he only becomes better looking to me with time. What can I say, you need some of both.
