I use Bounty paper towels. the quicker picker upper
I blow holes right through Kleenexexexs unless I triple layer em I've been using Afrin nose spray but it quits workin after awhile. And if I use it too much it runs my blood pressure up the only relief I get is eating really hot jalapenos and that makes my nose run and my sinuses clear |

Have ya ever looked into what we call 'The Adaptogen Herbs' ... sometimes called 'The Equalizers'??? They really help ya become immune to allergies/environment/stress ... Ya can usually pick up a good Master Herbalist mix at good Health Shoppes! Here's a starter couple o' links to take a look ... I know ya likely must be careful that what ya ingest is tolerable in tandem w/ your medications and condition ... Take a look and see whatcha think ... ... ... Hope that flower doesn't make ya sneeze ... Try some of that Ocean nasal spray or saline nasal spray. If you've got a nasal thingy (whatever it's called) lol you can just mix a little salt water. Really helps. I was like that 2-3 weeks ago & someone suggested it & nothing else helped so I tried it & it did help.
