One more mascara commercial that claims my lashes will look just like the ones on T.V, I will scream. Do the advertisers really think we women are that stupid and naive? It looks like the models have three sets of eyelashes on. frustrated

Actually, the Stiletto line is really a patent shiny finish. I swear by it!! I use the Colossal mascara first and put a 3rd coat of the Stiletto on and it looks really dramatic.

If I take my time, it looks like I have falsies on ... Love it! smitten

Might just have to try that. So they really CAN look like the ones on T.V.? Maybe there is hope afterall.

I wouldn't go THAT far. Yes, they can look like ONE pair of falsies but - as you said - they lashes they use on the models are overkill and unrealistic.

You can achieve about 50% of what you see on TV.

I love the Stiletto line though – seriously! The line won’t make your lashes thick but the shine is cool. It’s a good finishing coat. The Colossal line is what makes mine long and thick after 2 coats. My lashes touch my eye brows when I really take my time. laugh

I don't like my lashes that dramatic all the time because it can be "a little much" but it's fun!!

How about that ad using Brooke Shields,
to make your lashes "grow" that requires
a doctor's prescription..what's that about?

Every time I see that, within about 3 years
you see "if you have ever used this product,
contact a lawyer."

No kidding! slaphead rofl

It's akin to the products that help men with their "manliness" but they also lose their hair and get diarrhea. I'd rather have a man with hair and controlled bowels than a bald, can't control himself type with a big 'ol raging hard-on!

Some products are just not worth the lawyer’s fees or the side effects! laugh

Tribbles, your lashes are just fine.
