Topic: Best Cop One-liners Ever ... | |
---|---|
a cop can arrest anyone they want for anything they want.... No they can't. But, if you mean they are in a position to lie and make up a charge against you...yes they can. But, they're going to have to get their partner and the watch commander to go along with it. And, yes, that's possible, too. I'm not sure what your point is. That a cop can lie and take you to jail under false pretense? Yes, that can happen. Lots of bad things can happen all the time. my point is is not a good idea to smart off to a cop... disorderly conduct can mean just about anything That's probably the difference between Texas and California. ![]() lol maybe, i've never smarted off to a cop in cali... |

A one liner you'll never hear from a cop:
" I'm sorry, your absolutely right I have illegally detained and searched you, please accept my apology and go on your way" |

How about what I told a cop.......You point that gun at me and I'll make your badge a distant memory...... Yea, I doub't you used that. doubt all you want I have witnesses LOL dont really care if u believe it or not If you spout of to a cop that's a disorderly conduct or criminal mischief charge. Thats up the judge! Not all judges support the inhumanity implicit in the routine abuse of 'disorderly conduct' as a threat nor a means of punishing those who stand up against injustice and the abuse of power. In my experience, most such charges are dropped. The law ought to be changed to give that violation real meaning - and to restrict its use. |

But I have known police with the integrity to admit they were wrong in lesser situations. Here's to honest cops! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Yea, I doub't you used that. doubt all you want I have witnesses LOL dont really care if u believe it or not If you spout of to a cop that's a disorderly conduct or criminal mischief charge. bull ****. Actually, he was 'right' in the sense that many ******* cops will invoke this charge out of petty retribution....and they often don't get in any kind of trouble for doing so, at all. Its up to you to document police conduct, file formal complaints, and write letters to their public relations department and their leadership. |

Criminal Mischief is a charge they will charge you with if they really want you to goto jail but don't have anything to charge you with. It's a BS charge. |
