Topic: How quickly do you fall for someone or grow attached?

A good friend told me that I fall in love too easily. It helped me a lot. I don't get scammed as much as I used to. It is like after a while you can develop this second sense and see it coming. I thought I was ready for love. Heck, I am still working on friendship.

DAMN I NEVER FALL...I MEAN I CAN LOVE SOME ONE...BUT NEVER FIND THE DIFFERENCE...BETWEEN LOVE AND BEING IN LOVE... IN A RELATIONSHIP THERE'S ONE PART WHO GIVES MORE, LOVE MORE...I'M IN THE OTHER PART...IS IT BAD?

I don't know that I have ever truly been in love. I thought I was, but looking back, I just was happy to find someone who seemed to like me for who I was. But then found out he was only in lust. As a result, I seem to try not to get attached to anyone in any way, shape or form. Seems like just about everyone who I have ever had feelings for has left or hurt me in some way. "Trust is like a mirror, easily broken and once repaired, is still never quite right."

I tend to fall for ladies slower than they usually fall for me. Unless a good steak is involved.

I don't fall... I roll in slowly whether there's sex in the first 5 minutes or not. I don't ask for anything but I do expect honesty.

It all depends on the two people. Sometimes the connection is there and sometimes it takes time for the connection to be there. If you spend the time to listen and understand each other then it could last forever and then one day you realize that just staying friends is best for both of you. Knowing what qualities you are looking for really helps more then most realize, but if you dive in too quick then you can't go back. I know it is sounding very confusing, but it's all apart of life. If they.. ahh never mind, writing more probably won't help much.

i met my husband of 10 years/married, 12 altogether- and when we met we talked for 2 hours at staples-- and were together every day since---until the divorce. It didnt happen quick on purpose, it just happened. I guess if you know you are into someone and they know they are into you, there is no timeline officiated. each relationship is different for me.
