Sun for it is refreshing makes one want to get outside. Rain all the time is depressing and makes you wish the sun was out so you could get out of the house......
 I would never make it living in Washington it rains way to much there for me....

i would take both at the same time. It happens you know. i love the sunny rainy days. They say when that happens that it usually is going to rain the same time the next day.
