But Paris was a freak case anyway. She had money but the judge was smart enough to make her goto jail. O' Jay Simpson has a ton of money and he still hasn't paid anything in his civil suit (and he should be in jail as far as I'm concerned). But everyone in politics should be in jail, they all lie and are jerks.

Libby is not independently wealthy and is actually in serious debt now. Much of his financing for lawyers were paid by donations and friends for he hadn't the money. All Libby was charged with was lying under oath, and something else, which are bad offenses, but aren't the worst offenses in the world. He wasn't even convicted of the crime he was sent to trial for.

I am just curious, did everyone show the same degree of rightous indignation when William Jefferson Clinton committed the same offense (purjury) and cut a plea deal after he got out of office whereby he did no jail time, was fined and I think lost his license to practice law for several years. What is fair for slick willie should be fair for scooter too.

well mr . i think u can tellme something. as i recall get what clinton got . and outing an cia agent. are not even close to being the same. i no what you will say libby did not do it right.i would say would hurt bush. but cant get much lower then he is now. all it does is asure in 2008 there will be a democrat in the whitehouse . thanks bush.

outing a CIA agent was not the charge and as far as I have heard he did not do the outing. The charge was perjury, for both scotter and slick willie. Of course one was a liberal and one was a conservative so of course we should look the other way for the liberal and crusify the liberal, gee what ever happened to EQUAL justice under the law.

I don't understand where this becomes a conservative or liberal thing. It's a matter of LAW. I don't see Clinton or Libby going to jail which prove that you can do what you want if you have money and friends in high places. This is where the Equality ends.
