I'm kinda a movie nut but as I grown older I'm finding that I've seen a movie relating to almost every topic out there.Seems they just keep reinventing the ones I saw as a girl. Mirror Mirror is the last one I watched and I loved the imagination and creativity of the folks who put it together....that's the reason I watch movies like that...loved Avatar....it's brilliant !

That just means you've exhausted all Hollywood has to offer, there are lots of movies being made outside of Hollywood that are original, and going against the grain- which is why Hollywood won't touch them, well, unless they're popular then Hollywood will remake it.

I've been having random marathons lately. The last one was the Texas Chainsaw Massacre series. 1-3 skipped "The Next Generation", and finished with Michael Bay's reboots. Good stuff.

Before that I watched Star Wars episodes 4-6 on blu ray. Pretty cool, but I was bummed that they weren't the original versions I fell in love with as a kid. George...dude...get your **** together, and just release the originals already.

Before that I watched two of the best 80's cop action franchise's imo. Die Hard 1-4 and Lethal Weapon 1-4.

I think Next Generation aka Return Of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is extremely entertaining, it's bad, and surreal at the same time. Part 3 had potential to be good but thanks to the MPAA it's a chopped up mess.

I agree. From what I remember, I enjoyed it. I wanted to add it to this lineup but I don't own a copy & I'm pretty sure it's not on Netflix. Oh well. Maybe next time.

My copy of part 3 has an r rated & unrated version. I watched the unrated, and thoroughly enjoyed it (first time watching it). It felt a lot like a lame attempt at a remake of the original, except this one was trying to introduce more of the family. And Viggo was just a bonus. I like pretty much everything he's done, so...

I'll have to check out the unrated vers of part 3!

If you haven't, I highly reccomend The Reflecting Skin- starring Viggo.

i thought getting through the beginning credits was tough, but that turned out to be the most interesting part of the whole movie

It's a fan film, I haven't seen it, but one look at the guy playing Superman, I know I couldn't take it seriously.

I'm glad I got the DVD when I did! I only paid about $15 for it, it's now going for around $60 to over $70 on Amazon!

I made it a marathon and re-watched the whole series.

1 was the best, 2 was the worst.

I love 2, it's a great bad movie, far more entertaining than part 3. It would have been nice though had 2 stuck to the book instead of steering off course half way through the book.
