Who here likes to dance? What kind of dance do you know/enjoy?

I've been taking salsa lessons and love it. I still have a lot to learn, but I know enough of the basics and can follow well enough to pretend I know what I'm doing so far.

sound fun, was thinking about belly dance lessons

I know someone who did that and loved it.

No basic knowledge of dancing but in almost all gatherings I dance with others and enjoy: just swinging body and jumping.(Can it be called monkey dance?)

Men who can dance well are sexy.

So yes,,its something I worked on,,making sure I never embarrissed a chick or me,,

Nothing great,,,but damn good,,,as I know that through many ladies and even some dudes have stopped me to shake my hand,,if that tells ya anything? And I'm not bragging its just a real me thing.

I love to dance. I probably have in my brain all the dance steps I watched and liked. Problem comes when I try to execute the moves.

Never had any classes but both my parents are pretty good dancers, so they must have passed down some rhythm to some of us. I have an ear for music and a good sense of footwork....more than once have had a dance floor clear when I was dancing. Just as long as I am in my own little world and don't notice it, I am fine....otherwise I trip over my own feet and look like a fool.

I was dancing at the edge of a very crowded dance floor the bouncer walked by...

I accidentally hit him in the...groin...nuts...crotch..anyway 6' 200+lb man brought to his knees...a casualty of my dance skills...

I haven't danced in many years except alone in my kitchen. I used to be able to clog, long time ago - about the same time I learned to play the spoons. My dad tried to teach me to waltz, I was all over his toes, my mom and Nana were laughing so hard they almost peed themselves! Slow dancing to me means holding each other close and going round and round in little circles...actually wouldn't mind a little of that about now.

During my high school years I was known as the jitterbug queen.. At the dances they would have dance contests and give records for prizes..First place was 4 records.. In 2 yrs I won 600 records.. I can dance other dances too..My mom said I lived to dance!

Much like everything else....I do it my own way. after living much of my life in Karate school...I am fairly coordinated....but still....

My dancing is more like a head banging bump n grind. Guys laugh but, chicks dig it and soon join in with the head banging and dirty dancing.

A GREAT tactic is to claim you don't know how to dance then ask "Could you show me how to two step?" It is a good way to let em know that you are sporting a boner.

I would enjoy finding someone who knew how to dance and would like to teach me. I'm not sure what kind I would enjoy, I suppose anything, as long as I had a partner.
