This is a video of a strange white fluffy substance that looks like a cloud and falls out of the sky ..... down to the ground next to a fence. Really weird.

What kind of foam floats through the air?

I think it may have come from one of those strange planes that spray those chem trails across the sky.

Or maybe it is the stuff that flying saucers use to hide in the sky.

Fake clouds.

foam floats in the air so long as there is an air current to lift it,,,

Yeah it's some kind of foam. Probably from a factory or a building of some sort.

I've never heard of such a thing. Do you have any examples? Do you know what kind of foam would do that?

What kind of factory? A meth lab perhaps? laugh

Looks like cotton wool to me.

Probably, to be really annoying as usual, you Americans probably know cotton wool as something else.

I don't think cotton floats in the air. I don't think wool floats in the air. I'm not sure what you mean by cotton wool.

Cotton is grown from a crop, and wool comes from a sheep.

So what is cotton wool? Now I'm curious.

But neither cotton or wool would allow a person to put their entire arm inside of it and move it around like that and then pull it out.

Cotton is a solid fiber and so is wool. This cloud was something like a gas or vapor.

I wasn't able to watch the video........sorry

Nevermind I found it....it looks like some kind of packing material that fell out of an airplane or something.......somethings are packed in foam like substances.....maybe a plane had a cargo mishap....or something

Jeannie, you probably use cotton wool to wipe makeup off your face(i dunno, maybe you need a hammer and chisel!)

The matieral in the video just looks like a large cotton wool bud to me.

Cotto wool can be pulled apart into tiny fibres and i would imagine it could be light enough for wind to be able to get under it and make it float.

I use cotton. But it isn't wool. Wool comes from sheep.

Cotton doesn't float like a cloud.

Have you ever seen a cotton field?

Wool comes from sheep, and that stuff don't float either.

Here it is floating to the ground, and just hanging there next to that man.

This stuff floated down from the sky from somewhere.

Packing material that floats? I don't know of anything like that. It isn't a packing material because it seems more like a gas or vapor.

That wasn't packing material or foam. He made a hole in it with very littel effort and the way he flicked his hand twice when he pulled it made me think some was sticking on his hand. Or it was wet.

The translation (in case anyone was wondering what they were saying) is:

Those effing Americans! They have too much time and money on their hands! What the hell are they creating now? And, why can't they keep it over their own damn country?!

Really? Where did you translate it? On the web?

Here is my idea:

In the first part of the video, something peeks out of a cloud for a few frames. What do you think it is?

A UFO I think. (It is unidentified... flying... object)

That stuff is part of a fake cloud that flying saucers create to hide in I think. It must have broken loose from the rest of the fake cloud. As you can see, it sort of clings together instead of completely evaporating like a mist would do.

It sinks to the ground because of gravity. A UFO has its own magnetic field that could hold it and control its shape unless it breaks off from that field.

Or else it is some of that sludge that those chem trail planes spew around in the atmosphere. Either way I'm sure UFO's are involved.
