It's a cache 22!

War or Jail sounds like a campaign slogan. You know what the problem really is?? No one has any balls any more, every one bows to the media.

The decission should be left to the higher power. Innocence or guilt will be determined then.

Well, ok I am gonna be gentle here by just saying this. Let your higher power judge them but let us get them there "speedy delivery" style by blowing there brains out. I bet I'm gonna get yelled at for that huh?

hmmmm I C

Im peeling, almost like im shedding my skin.. noway

I kno that was random, but it is gettin on ma nerves..

ok well it costs folsom prison around 200 million dollars a yr to run.. sac prison around the same, and from the others I looked into it all ranges around there, vacaville prison was originally made to be a 2,900 bed facility i think or around that.. it has 6 thousand prisoners there I believe. I may be off a little, Im old and forgetful. So yea they are expensive to run and over crowded. Laws have changed we cant take people behind buildings and shoot them, well legally. Since this seems like a concern of yours, why dont you get the true facts (mine are probably off) of the overcrowding and expenses, and work on a smart plan, that people will work with fixing this problem, because many have tried and not succeeded. Make it your new life mission, I think that would be a admirable goal..
bahahaha..
get busy.

If I were to make that my life mission, that would make me a moron. That is the probelm with government and society in general these days. Nobody has the balls or the interest in making things simple. Everything is red tape and hoops and no it has not always been that way.
How anyone could say that a murderer or a rapist should be allowed to sit for years and years in a prison eating our tax dollars, is well beyond me.
To leave something like this to our government is pure stupidity and to go even further, to leave this to god is just not the answer either lol. You tell that family that had their child raped and murdered that they need to leave justice to god LOL. BS

I live in California and every year it costs 125,000 to house 1 death row inmate. There are 65 on death row in California, and it takes approximatly 10-15 yrs before there death sentence is actually carried out. Meanwhile they get all the things that I work hard to get, for free. Also they get the best medical and dental and vision. They are allowed to see a doctor whenever they want for free whereas I can't see on because I can't afford it. Is that fair I think not, but killing them won't solve everything. Fixing the system might.

SincereMan,

I think you are just looking for attention, especially since you keep talking about how you expect to get 'yelled at', etc.

IMO, the best way to solve the problem of overcrowding in the prisons in the US is to take a different approach to the drug 'problem'.

I don't think it's actually the gov. as much as lawyers, courts, and certain mislead protest groups.

Don't get me wrong,,protesting is a right that I feel is important, but some are mis-directed.

Good job that they didnt take that approach at Guantanamo Bay, or a lot of innocent people would have been dead!!

But then there is still that issue of it existing in the first place!
