Just wondering if anyone else lets their rice krispies soak in the milk for a while until the rice gets nice and soggy...ummm so good!

I am a big lover of the HOMEMADE RICE CRISPY TREAT. So much so that I drive to Santa Barbara to buy them from a bakery with superior Rice Crispy Treat technology. They are awesome. My friend in high school, RB, made them all the time and got me hooked.

If they were meant to be eaten soggy they wouldn't have called them
"krispies" would they have?

They would have named them after my ex. She was good at having no snap or crackle and just laying there.

That is like dumping the POP ROCKS IN YOUR SODA AND WAITING FOR THE POPPING TO STOP INSTEAD OF PUTTING THE POP ROCKS ON YOUR TONGUE AND FILLING YOUR MOUTH WITH SODA AND FEELING LIKE YOUR TEETH ARE GOING TO BE BUSTED OUT. THAT'S THE WHOLE APPEAL. If it wasn't, they would be marketed as snap, crackle, go soggies.

I also like hearing them snap, crackle and pop while eating them. Besides my dog barking at me trough out the day. Its the only conversation I get in a day.
And yes. When Snap, Crackle, and Pop talk to me. I answer back to them. To not answer back would be rude.
