Just goes to show, it's not Al Sharpton or any other mobs decision or choice. Once again, the Justice System has once again worked. I agree, lets see what the investigation continues to turn up,,,,and what happens from there,,,, It's a Done Deal. dont bet on it they didnt use a grand jury for OJ either,,,its not an absolute,,, Where is O.J now? look in Nevada. when Obama leaves office There will be a Pardon for him. what? OJ is serving a ridiculous sentence for a ridiculous offense to punish him for not receiving the verdict the authorities wanted him to receive in his first trial there wont be a pardon,,,they worked too hard to get him where he is,,,, Robbery is a ridiculous offense?!?!?!?! when the items are yours,, yep.... If the items were his , why did he use a gun instead of the law to get them? The authorities that you speak of, would they be white authorities in your mind? 
HE didnt use a gun the people who rolled on him and got deals, and told him about the items and took him to where they were,, are the ones who actually had weapons,,,, You don't have to use a gun or even a weapon to commit Robbery in the states of California and Nevada. The use or threat of or the use of force to take items from another is considered robbery. Just like if I catch a shoplifter and they swing on me while still holding the merchandise, they would get charged with Robbery. WTF does a gun have to do with anything? |

I don't think this is going to end well for anyone. If justice is found through rational presentation of facts and evidence but the end result is not what the parents want or hope for what then? And in all of this the Media skates along like nothing happened at least on their end of things. |

I don't think this is going to end well for anyone. If justice is found through rational presentation of facts and evidence but the end result is not what the parents want or hope for what then? And in all of this the Media skates along like nothing happened at least on their end of things. I believe all the parents wanted was an APPEARANCE at attempting some justice for their son. I think this is what they wanted and that they will trust a jury to weigh the case presented in court. |

I think this is what they wanted and that they will trust a jury to weigh the case presented in court. And that was the same thing as the Rodney King beating that led to a riot when people didn't get the guilty verdict. I do agree that facts need to be accumulated before jumping to any conclusions but I fear if Zimmerman is acquitted that will lead to more riots based on ethnic animosity. I do agree it sucks for the parents but their kid was no saint either. Likewise the media completely screwed this up and if anyone deserves punishment they do. |

LA is a much more diverse area with many more people and a much longer past of police misconduct,, the Rodney King fiasco was just the straw that finally broke the horses back,,,,
