You have to be able to add up what it will cost you to obtain the certification that you need in order to become a substance abuse counselor. |

Will idle people lose or not learn how to go to a doctor if they feel ill? Ahahaha The art of justification... awesome! I think they [idle people] have not a clue of what it costs to actually operate that clinic... I don't believe that working people are any better at knowing how much it costs to operate a medical clinic than idle people. A welder or a dog-trainer with normal intelligence has no more insight into the cost of running a medical clinic than a person who is idle and has normal intelligence. In fact, an idle person who is well versed with accounting principles and with the study of finance will know better than an active, working, electrician or English teacher, all other things being equal. And knowing or not knowing the cost of operating a medical clinic has nothing to do with losing the skill of taking care of one's own self, which was the first principle of danger in the proposition against food stamps and food banks. No, I daresay that going to food banks will not make one lose the skill of buying food at a supermarket, given enough money is available for such purchase. When a poor idle person starts to eat food stamps, that's the time when the authorities must be concerned that the person lost his skill of taking care of himself. |
