I feel 60...but I am 79...My heart mind & soul have been stuck in that younger age. One`s body soon catches up with the age stuff, but I discount illness.I never smoked, never taken any meds or drugs, ate a balanced meal 2X a day, very little meat. But- I hymorraged for 14 hrs. last Feb. 4th.The surgeon told me,it was a mystery trying to figure what was causing it,because I was so healthy. They gave me an alternative, sign a paper,to remove most of my lower intestines, or I will die in 3 days. So I had to do that. I had a really hard time being unconcious for 5 days, then went to one rehab, ctr, & another,,a toal of almost 56 days, because mr muscles became so attrophied. About June 27th. I didn`t think it would happen so soon, let alone at all..but there was about 13 inches that the doctor decided to work with to reconstruct my bowels,so I am fine now.living a normal life...it`s Sept.11....time for a renewal!!

I am 54. I have eight biological children and 18 grandchildren. After my divorce, I ate my feelings and have been heavy in heart and body for the past six years.

But this year ... I WOKE UP. So far I've lost 50 lbs., been eating healthier food, exercising more, walking more, praying more -- I am at peace and I feel 30 again. Ready to get out there and throw myself in the social pond again. I'm thinking about moving to a new country, and looking forward to the adventures ahead.  drinker

I am 57, however have, since turning 50 - always felt, in my head - 38 years old! Go figure :) I live a very active life - not so much exercise but travel, either long remote trips deep into the desert or flying here there and everywhere. I work hard - I adore my work. I could not ever think of slowing down. My kind regards to you all - lovely to be with my age group :)

Good morning ladies...I'm 70 1/2 , mother of 4, grandmother of 3 grown gkids, ages 20, 22 and 27... Oldest gson getting married in two weeks and gdaughter (27)getting married June 2013, other gson a jr in college..

I have always felt at least 10-15 yrs younger, and people are always telling me that I look much younger..

Although I have been diabetic 25 yrs and have had 4 surgerys on my leg and foot and one on my lower back, I am very active (I ride motorcycles, parasail, hot air balloons and gave up parasailing 2 yrs ago because I had a knee replacement)and I travel alot...did a 6,000 mile car trip cross country in 2009 alone..

I refuse to sit on the porch and watch the world pass me by...bigsmile

Hmm, ok, well in about 2 days or so I'll be 52. I often feel it physically but emotionally I go everywhere from 12 to mid 20's in thoughts. I'm a sort of computer nerd with a major bit of fun playing computer games. Often the really old DOS based stuff up to an including Skyrim. The little boy is still alive and well in me.

I am 52 but feel 30. Unfortunately now matter how much I kid myself about feeling 30; my body tells me I am 52; so I just accept that is how it will be.
