I duno how I feel about this. This will focus on Rusty and his family this time.

The story will focus on Rusty Griswold taking his own family to Walley World before the theme park closes permanently.

In July 2012 it was announced that Ed Helms (The Hangover) will star in New Vacation as Rusty Griswold. The film will follow Rusty, who now has his own family misadventures on the road. John Francis Daley (Bones and he movie Waiting...and Jonathan Goldstein (They both wrote Horrible Bosses)will write and direct the film. It is currently unknown if Chevy Chase, Beverly D'Angelo or any of the other cast members will reprise their roles in the film which is due out in 2013.

They don't know if Chevy Chase, Beverly DeAngelo, Anthony Muchael Hall, Randy Quaid, Mariam Flynn and Juliette Lewis etc. I wish Hall was going to be win it as Rusty but oh well. I don't think Helms is a good fit for Rusty Hall I don't think was a good choice but we will see. I also don't think Hall was a good pick for Director and writer.

Couldn't be any worse than Vegas Vacation, or that horrendous Christmas Vacation 2: Cousin Eddie's Island Adventure.

I loved Vegas Vacation, all though it was not done by National Lampoons.

Christmas Vacation 2 was pretty horrible.

I didn't dislike Vegas Vacation, just wasn't my favorite, I did like that they brought up the fact that there were different actors playing the kids in each movie.

I like Helms, so I'm all for giving this New Vacation a shot. The original is such a classic though. Wonder who will play the role that Christie Brinkley made famous as the hot girl in the red Ferrari. Hmmmmmm.

Seeing as how Helms is playing an adult Rusty, I doubt Brinkley's character will even be involved.

Don't ruin my dream for this reboot Torgo.

The fact that it's a reboot should have killed that dream already.

You mean when he said that he hhardly recognizes the kids anymore? Honestly I think Cousin Eddie made that one and the Christmas one.

I vote for the girl in Transformers 3 that replaced Megan Fox!

I could see them having that type of plotline though with the hot girl in the nice car distracting him, or a hot girl in general like a co-worker or someone that works at where they are staying or is staying at a couple places they are staying..........

It might just surprise us......... There hasn't been a National Lampoons movie that I didn't like.
