Right to Life,Liberty,and the Pursuit Of Happiness!
The source of man’s rights is not divine law or congressional law, but the law of identity. A is A—and Man is Man. Rights are conditions of existence required by man’s nature for his proper survival. If man is to live on earth, it is right for him to use his mind, it is right to act on his own free judgment, it is right to work for his values and to keep the product of his work. If life on earth is his purpose, he has a right to live as a rational being: nature forbids him the irrational. Any group, any gang, any nation that attempts to negate man’s rights, is wrong, which means: is evil, which means: is anti-life. For the New Intellectual Galt’s Speech, Ayn Rand A right is the sanction of independent action. A right is that which can be exercised without anyone’s permission. If you exist only because society permits you to exist—you have no right to your own life. A permission can be revoked at any time. If, before undertaking some action, you must obtain the permission of society—you are not free, whether such permission is granted to you or not. Only a slave acts on permission. A permission is not a right. Do not make the mistake, at this point, of thinking that a worker is a slave and that he holds his job by his employer’s permission. He does not hold it by permission—but by contract, that is, by a voluntary mutual agreement. A worker can quit his job. A slave cannot. I think everyone is entitled to a living wage. Even the people that flip burgers and deliver pizza. If you have that, the rest is up to you. Most Unions in North America are beginning to finally accept this for everyone and are mounting pressure on govt.'s to make it policy. While this is making progress in Europe, as part of the 'human rights' legislation at least, it is now a human right that everyone has a home. Scotland was the first to declare it and the first to start acquiring housing to meet this goal. Wages and homes are tied to each other and certainly a living wage as a basic minimum is progress for the human condition world wide. |

As the leader of the oompa loompa's the right to Song and Dance when a child does somthing wrong. Further more the right to war with the lollipop guild. (imagine i said that after inhaling a balloon) :P Oompa Loompas freak me out! Guessing you didnt like willy wonka and the chocolate factory ? the original not the new one. You are correct! That movie gave me nightmares as a kid

I was born entitled to nothing.
As long as I live in the United States, The Bill of Rights declares that I'm entitled to a life including the liberous rights afforded me as a citizen of this nation; freedom of speech and religion, freedom from double jeopardy, self-incrimination, and unreasonable search and seizure, and the right to assemble and bear arms. I'm also entitled to "pursue" happiness, but it's on me to find it. I'm also entitled to my opinion, but have the right to remain silent. And if I don't remain silent....I just might exercise my right to an attorney.

My vagina Do you have an owner and operators manual for that device? There is a good one available called Vaginas: An Owner's Manual by Dr. Carol Livoti and Elizabeth Topp. Have you taken yours to see /hear the play The Vagina Monologues by Eve Ensler; it's now out on DVD and if you haven't seen or heard it, it is simply hilarious; you may enjoy it....
