If she brought it out sooner, than I would agree, esp if all the players were listed on it. But its just one woman, months after the incident. I think shes going to ruin the characters of other players who don't sue tho.

She needs to move on and get a grip.so a couple of old white guys called ya a name in jest not at a KKK meeting.Grow up,because worse things will happen in your life.There are many comedians who make their living insulting celebrities,white folk.women etc.By name I might add.No suing going on because it is a joke.Another waste of the courts time.

You are right. I should not make it a gender thing. i know right now i am bias. As i have posted elsewhere where i know my ex uses the system and her families clout to get at me. A delima where she knows i do not want to involve our children but now she is messing with my new family to be. A catch 20 u know. Never said I agreed with the matter, just meant she has a right to sue. Prob. settle out of court, quick cash for her & the attorney, who might need new sneakers for his ambulance chasing.

I agree with Knox, this is just pure unadulterated bull. This country is desperately in need of one of two things, either tort reform or a hunting season on lawyers. Come to think of it both would be better. Someone mentioned politically correct. I heard Politically Correct defined as the hypothasis that states it is possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Search, don't worry. The world's not comin' to an end. I think we're all sick of these idiotic lawsuits that benefit no one but the lawyers. I used to manage a small downtown diner in Knoxville, and plenty of lawyers came in. Believe me, every stereotype you hear about them in absolutley true.

she has a right to sue but i do think it is a frivelous lawsuit. imus' comment was directed at the whole team and not one individual. his comment was in bad taste and he got fired for it. i remember when it happened the whole team released a statement saying that they accepted his apology, guess she canged her mind.

if the person sueing loses they should have to pay all expenses

incurred by the person being sued that would stop stupid law suits

i agree with that adj4u. way too many frivelous lawsuits and false accusations and false police reports being made.
