ok so in order to get a document which proves IDENTITY,, you need a birth certificate, (And a secondary document ),, and how else would they VERIFY an identity before issuing a drivers license?

next, how cna an infraction that lands you in jail, NOT JAIL YOU?
has it not always been policy before being booked into jail to be fingerprinted? is it that hard to stay out of jail or accept consequence of being fingerprinted (in case of any future crime)?

all these policies were in place BEFORE the advent of homeland security,,,,

anyone with internet should have no problem buying a gun or ammunition,,,or finding places that have them for sale

the media also 'reported' the assumption that OBamas trip to INdia would cost 200 million per day,,lol

'reporting' only takes some sensational claim that people are prone to believe or at least talk about,,,

or not understand

trips to Africa arent cheap, that doesnt mean Presidents should not take them,,,

why should he go? whats in Africa that we need our prez to go do? i'm sure there's something to do here, that doesn't waste a bunch of money...

I think its called international relations,,,

i think they have internet and phones...

thats true, and IM sure the office of president uses those tools often as well

as well as in person relations,,,which allows them to actually SEE the conditions of the people as opposed to watching and listening to people in a designated room,,,,

the conditions of the people? laugh
when was the last time you saw obama in your local hood?
so the people in africa are more important than people here?

maybe he's going home for a vacation...

actually saw him in the west 'hood' of las vegas, last year, with Katy Perry on the campaign trail

and he goes to the 'hood' of chicago as well to eat at his favorite restaurant when in chicago

but what that has to do with anything Im not sure,,lol

maybe hes going for publc international relations,,,

why does spending one week out of 52 in a place mean its more important than the place you spend the other 51 in,,,,btw?

you still try not to understand... it's not about where he spends a week, but the choices he makes. the country is broke, no jobs, all the nsa crap, and he decides to waste more money and time on what? do you even why he is going? did he bother to tell anyone with his transparent government?

the country has allegedly been 'broke' for decades (with the exception of the Clinton yearS), that never stopped Presidents from making diplomatic or international reltions trips,,,

As far as taking expensive trips, hasn't he ever heard of skype or the Internet?

Everyone else has relationships all over the world without taking an expensive trip.

skype gives you a full, impersonal box view of the room the people you are speaking with are in,, it doesnt allow you to actually observe what the people who arent in power in that room are experiencing,,/ up against

whats the problem with him making such a trip to Africa as opposed to any other continent he (or any other president) has decided to visit?

Nothing that I know of.

Seriously, not everything that President Obama does is bad or wrong.
You can disagree with his policies without trying to vilify everything that he says or does.

well this looks rather promising, doesn't it?

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-250_162-57572177/national-debt-up-$6-trillion-since-obama-took-office/

I'm sure he will work to reduce it, right after his vacation to Africa, which has an estimated price tag of 100 million dollars.

How many of you guys can afford a vacation?

And to clarify, it is relevant, as it is homeland security, and the 'president' is using that for his personal agenda.

thats what i was trying to point out... if obama wants my respesct, then he needs to start doing something to make the country better, with more jobs. I don't care who's fault it is, the country needs help, and i fail to see how going to Africa/Ireland or anywhere else is helping...
