Am I the only one who's positively horrified by this whole Michael Vick thing? I can't be.... just can't.....

I mean, I have two little dogs. They are the lights of my life. They are my office staff, companions, sounding boards, TV pals, guardians, bedmates... they share meals with me, they listen to my arguments, and they love me without a doubt. I can't bear to look at them and think that their size (under 20 lbs each) could have made them "test subjects" for possible fighting dogs.

Michael Vick is scum, anybody that would hurt a dog or any other animal deserves what he gets, and more!!!

i know how you feel.i have a 7 yr old female Rat Terrier and i could never let someone even think about doing harm to her.i know i've been told "it's just a dog",why is it i can trust a dog more than i can a person?hell,i don't trust 1/2 of my family.atleast a dog will give you a sign if they're about to turn on you,unlike people.

I'm an animal welfare activist, and one of my biggest things is dogfighting. I believe that if anyone is going to do that to an animal, they should get 5 years + jailtime.
I also strongly believe that he should not be let back into the NFL. Not just because he did something strongly immoral (at least in my eyes), but what he did was a federal offence. He doesnt deserve his comfy job back.

Bless u Obsisian for the work u do, one thing i learned in my psych degree is that people that hurt and torture animals are very likely to do it to humans, i dought if he will ever play again , any teams fans that love animals would raise hell about him!!a

Mikey, a bunch of animal lovers actually donated a number of his jerseys to an animal shelter. They are now using them as bedding and rags to clean up messes. Quite appropriate, I think!

And yes, it has been proven that many of those that torture/hurt animals move on to humans later on in life.

I belive after prison he should have to clean dog Kennels out with nothing but his bare hands!!!

I will never understand how anyone can be so cruel. I'm not all that fond of pit bulls, but no animal deserves to be treated so cruelly! He should be locked up for a long time & be banned from football for life!

Most Pitbulls are nice to if they are not used for evil purposes. That is pretty messed up. Dog fights, come on all you f**ked up people if you really want to have a piece of the action leave the dogs out of it and you mangle your own body

Anyone who looks in the eyes of a dog (or cat, for that matter)and purposefully hurts them.... well, I would question the validity of that person's soul.

Well my daughter showed me a petition on face boon against using dogs as shark bait ...I can't believe something so disgusting actually goes on...They showed pictures that would make you cry with puppies with hooks through their lips etc...People are just sick!

i live in louisiana and i think we are the last state to stop roaster fighting. last i herd it was in our state congress.
in this day in age i am sure we can find a way to bet on someting else besides dog or any kind of animal fighting.
