Happy birthday from a Navet. Migraines are the worst. I've suffered from them for 42 years now. Brain radiation (cancer treatment) will get rid of them permanently, did for my mom. Screws up everything else though, so not your best alternative. I use Maxalt MLT, which has no side effects on me. Otherwise I love an icepack or cold compress. You probably have tried all the remedies though. Hope you feel batter. Or take a raincheck and celebrate tomorrow.

Take some ice and put it in a baggy, hold it at the base of your neck to relax the inflamed blood vessels. After 20 mins take the ice out of the baggy and make a margarita!

I used to suffer from migraines for years, and then got a night guard. They basically disappeared as soon as I started using it. Darnedest thing. Here's hoping you will find the magic charm to make yours stop for good! That is my birthday wish for you.
