More done this afternoon :)

I love your artworks Crystal, they are all beautifully painted with passion and it depicts serenity in every strokes and scenes. You have a wonderful heart which shows in your paintings. The calmness and peacefulness, you as a serene woman depicted in the stories of all your artworks. If I have the money, I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of your really great artworks.

I love all your landscapes paintings , the colors are well blended and very attractive. This last piece of art you are working on speaks so much about the brightness and tranquility of the night:smile: flowerforyou

You have an amazing talent , a gifted hand , mind and heart that could tell great stories in your artworks. May you be blessed more in sharing your talent. flowers

I wish I have a talent like yours and I'm inspired that someday I could also do some artworks like yours
I love to draw landscapes & a little abstracts also but I only use oil pastel , water color or colored metallic gel ballpens and just do it in a drawing book or bondpaper sometimes even in a tissue paper hahaha only when the mood sets in:) I wish to learn more from your inspiring work:smile:

Nice to see your paintings Crystal and I do appreciate it:) More power!!!

Thank you so much for your kind words!
I'm sure your artwork is beautiful just the same, we all simply have our own style and way of working and expressing ourselves :)

In the meantime I've decided this one is finished. The only difference are the white waterlines I added.
The picture is chit quality, no flash and daylight is fading, but what the heck, haha.

I know I could add a large tree in the foreground for more depth, but I don't really want to. So clichοΏ½. And then it should be an evergreen. To me evergreens are always odd, as we don't have them over here. Okay, we don't have hills like the ones in the painting either, but still, haha

The white waterlines you added made it more realistic. You created a little movements in the stillness of the night:)

Beautiful paintings, Crystal, but something is missing. Oh I know. Hubba Bubba is missing in all of them. The paintings look so lonely without him. frown

Thank you!

And yes, Debbie, it is remarkably nice to look at. I may put it in my meditation room, not sure. It's a small room, I'd have to move another painting if I want to have this one there.
I'm running out of space haha. Someone PLEASE buy a painting. Or two. Or three, lol

I didn't know your paintings were for sale. I would totally buy a portrait of me from you but you no longer paint them. :-( What do you charge for your paintings? Ballpark figure.

Depends on size and amount of work.
The larger horse paintings 50 x 50cm E145, some landscapes like the last one E65. Think that's 30 x 40 cm. Others could be a tad more, if they require more work like the campfire one. That would be E75
Got some others for E85. So somewhere along those lines.

100 quid is E135
100 Euros is 73 quid

Approximates as it changes a bit per day, although usually not so much

WOW, I thought your paintings would cost a lot more than that.

@ Debbie, no, I don't charge a fortune.

Last week I started a new painting. It's Mount Shasta in northern California. It is said to have spiritual powers, Lemurian connections (Lemuria was the realm that existed before Atlantis). There's alleged spotting of spaceships there and weird phenomenon.
I have a strong connection with Lemuria and its energies, so I wanted to pait Mt Shasta :)

It's NOT done yet...

The start wasn't easy! We haven't got mountains in Holland, so I'm not familiar with them, which makes painting them more difficult.

The other day I changed the tree (green) on the mountain, paying heed to the lay of the land so it looked right.
Just now I made the sky more sunsetty. It was too 'daytime' for what I want.

Right now not sure if I'm gonna finish it off now (evergreens in the foreground) or wait for my new brushes to arrive, which will hopefully work a helluva lot better than my old ones ..
To be continued!
