I used to own a floral shop and it would bring so much joy to my heart when I would deliver roses to women from their guys, and I've received several dozens down through the years as well. Believe me, women still love getting roses, even if it's just one! They bring huge smiles to women's faces and joy to their hearts. They are THE FLOWER OF ROMANCE!

I am a total sucker for flowers!
 Bouquet or just one, doesn't matter. Pick me a dandelion off the side of the sidewalk for all I care, and yes I know that's a weed but it's got a stem and a colored top and sorta looks like a flower. It's the thought that counts.  Flowers just because, for no reason other than to make me smile, simply melts my heart. I'm mushy like that.

Mmmmmmmm...
If I got flowers,I'd be taken for life!! I've received flowers only once-it was on my 28th birthday!! (See,I still remember after all these years!! Ha ha haaaa) Well,am a romantic at heart-giving me flowers would be "one of those things that....."!! Oh,I don't mean e-flowers though-getting too much of those at the moment!!

My tastes in flowers is simple.
I do roses. One yellow rose is a sign of admiration or thanks for a favor. One red is for a love interest. A dozen red would be for a special occasion. I don't do gaudy bunches of other types. I would suggest, if ya' wanted a lasting romance, give a flowering plant that will live and thrive. |

I love getting flowers. Not necessarily roses (they are not my favorite). I would prefer getting flowers at the end of a date rather at the beginning of the date, unless we are staying at my house. I do not like to carry the flowers or leave them in the car during the date.

I love to garden an flowers in general so whenever I could on a part time job in a grocery I would work the floral department. I was a little shocked how often guys would buy several bouquets and send one to the wife, one to secretary, and one to girlfriend. So don't know I would get too "melted" just because I got flowers. What was typical is they swiped a company credit card.
