I get that there are some things you can't write or post.
I respect this.. it keeps the site clean and respectable, Thank you However... I get messages from people with user names like (edit) but this isn't censored. Why is that? These people are blocked of course, so I'm not complaining about receiving messages from them. |

I've wondered the same thing, how in the world are they able to create accounts with such offensive names?

Because the system doesn't automatically catch those. We have to catch them. All you have to do is report them because those user names aren't acceptable.
We can't see everything. The members have to report too There are too many variations people can use to get around filters |

I thought it was a grin and bear it situation too!

I've been reporting vulgar usernames since I've been here. I took it as a given that we could do so. So far it's worked perfectly.

By all means report them if you see them on the forums report them there we catch we lock and Admin gets rid of them... If they are posting in the forums please report them so we can go through their history and get the name off the forums...
If you get a e-mail from one report them at the bottom of the e-mail where it says report this user... Those go straight to Admin to deal with.... If you happen to see their profile report to the left of the profile where it says Report user.... that goes straight to Admin as well. If it is vulgar it will not remain....  Help us to keep the site clean... Report anything you feel should not be on a PG site and we look into every report. If we feel it is out of line it will be dealt with... And no we do not disclose what our actions are... |
