My fellow worker stares at me and my food when I eat lunch like a starving dog even though he has his own food it drives me crazy. He did this for awhile.I asked him to stop he didn't so when he was busy I took the seat off his bicycle so he had to ride all the way home with no seat.He longer bothers me.

nothing anyone does bothers me in my immediate vicinity. Beyond that...I don't care..lol
well it used to bother me when people would leave gym equipment laying around because I am clumsy enuff...I don't need any help. but no one has been doing that lately. Or, if someone doesn;t "tidy up" properly when using the restroom. that does kind of annoy me. but really that issue has improved as well |

My coworker does things like leaning over my desk to close blinds, or waiting until I walk away to close them. She also called my boss over because I don't turn on the overhead light. While those are little things, she's pretty passive aggressive and it gets annoying after a while.

I don't pay much attention to my coworkers as I am in customer service, and they are mostly young people with little experience in life ,,,,what I do hear is gossiping, talking about celebrity gossip, and planning to party and drink,,,,,,

Hummm only ones in my office is me and the two owners....So I have it made do what I want too and no one bothers me...
 All the guys that work in the shop only time they come to my desk is for change or to ask a question... They all know that if they did anything that bothered me. I would be the first to let them know, I have a voice and speak up when someone jacks with me....

I don't have any office mates per say... but I do have people who work for me who annoy the hell out of me by not doing their actual job forcing me to reprimand them on what seems a continual basis. I also find myself annoyed at other members of the staff who turn a blind eye to a lot of it, and then complain loudly afterwards about the situation.

If you aren't her manager, it shouldn't be left to you to deal with. Her manager needs to step in.

I hate hate hate it, when my co workers diss our boss to other bosses!
We work in a male dominated company and our boss is the only female top exec! This irritates the ISH out of me!  We need to show a united front... even if THEY can't stand her, To the other departments We need to act like she's the greatest thing since canned peaches! Idiots!
