Yes...they do!But either way if the employee can prove that she/he had the taxes withheld then they will receive credit as a tax payment made ....whether they are receiving a refund or they owe more...

LOL...Then the IRS will either throw him in prison for tax evasion or wait until he gets an asset in his name.....eventually they will catch up! Still doesn't change her situation....LMAO

WoW !thanx for the response everyone! Right after I posted last night ... I had get off the comp ( sorry) Yes ,he said he is going to be giving us a "paystub" printed off his computer showing the deductions.

Freshmountainair~~ yes he is going to be taking out state & fed taxes along w- disability, ect. Is there an employee#? , I think it is called a Cin#. I have a bunch of sites I am going to visit over the weekend and research this.

If he issues computer stub statements it is no different than your usual stub. But make sure you DO NOT LOOSE IT!
you may need it as proof at a future date.

You may also want to have him sign it...just for an additional insurance package.
