freinds ........... on the outside not so much in this internet world...you see iam coming up on 2 months sober... my old drinking buds still try to call me to see if am going to those "AA CLASSES" MOST OF THOSE OLD FREINDS DONT TALK TO ME ANYMORE CUZ i dont drink anymore i have nothing in common with them..... this is what a true freind is to me stands by your side whether you down and out or happy... allows you to grow and be the best you can be .. and give encoragement to those who struggle...i have some some true freinds on here and outside the internet world thank god for you!!!

Unfortunately we lose old friends when we get sober...

But we really should'nt have the old ways around...

well to me a friend is someone you call to bail you outta jail when things got to crazy but a best friend is sittin in the cell with you talkin about how much fun you had. I need more friends i got plenty of best friends lol

A friend is someone who will support and defend you....even when they think you are wrong.

i think i read somewhere that a friend will help you move, but a best friend will help you move a body.

A true friend is someone who cares about you when you are having a good day or just need to vent. Someone that may not like your significant other but is polite because they care about your happiness. And someone that you can be there for when they are having a great day or a bad day and just need to talk. Give and take for both of you. I have a friend like that and we have been friends for 11 years. I cant remember a time when she wasnt there.

Friends know everything about you...even the bad stuff and still wants to spend time with you. The are supposrtive when you need them to be. They just make you feel good...especially when your DOWN
