Ok Eva I'll quit with you also...It's going to be one day at a time but we can do this together...tomorrow is the first day of the rest of our lives...keep me posted and I'll do the same okay? Lars out...Stay Strong and we will be better off for it..

Good luck with that. I'm thinking about quitting myself. Done it before but then relapsed. The electronic cigarettes seem like a good way to do it instead of going cold turkey.

Ok so my day went okay. I got weak for the a moment and took a couple of puffs... I'm doing better now. They sure stink the guy sitting next to me today while working in the shop on the race boat had just smoked one and he stank from it.. That in itself is reason enough to make him go work on the other side. I'm gonna be a bear on smokers...im sorry to all those I repelled with that stench.. It going to be one day at a time I see.
