Yes, it can. I don't know that is always does, though.

This "finding love" thing has a very strong biological basis. Kind of like the "ticking clock" for women who haven't had a child. It's hard to ignore it, I know. But, you're much better off if you can learn to live your life and find your bliss without that special someone. Focus solely on that. Then, if someone comes along, great. If not, that's okay too. Don't get me wrong. I know it's hard, but it can be done. And, it's worth it. Otherwise you waste years of your life wishing and waiting for something when you could have been enjoying yourself and accomplishing your goals.

It did for me. It's different the second time around though. More depth and maturity. Feels stronger this time.

Most certainly. Strong bonds and attachments are as different as snowflakes. Not all people are capable of letting go of the past and making an opening for Love to thrive.
