To the employers I had job interviews with today. Don't just nix someone because of having Bipolar disorder. Give them a chance 1st to see if they could be a productive part of your workforce, before shunning them because of a mental issue they have. Equal opportunity employer my ***. I should make a report, but it'll just fall on deaf ears and blind eyes. So who the hell cares?!

well it might have offended one or two people...

I hate to play devils advocate..
because God knows, I've had enough things removed.. from the mingle Lords...lol... but they do have a license to protect... and there are more people viewing this.. then just us.. and sometimes some of them feel the need.. To report a posting.. that they find offensive.. .. it can't be easy.. for the mingle Lords.. it is a unpopular duty... to be the light in the darkness... just a thought..

You have some valid points, my only point is if we are all over 18 we should atleast be able to have an R rating. like if i dont like a posting i ignore it cause it can be somebody elses thoughts. you cant go on a rampage and dislike loudly everything others do, you have to be happy with what you are doing, try not to offend but then the room says what it is and if you dont like it dont go in it.

yes but to be offended you first have to read what offends you.. and that alone.. is the problem...
.. so by making it PG.13.. and I'm sure that's the only license they could qualify for.. without charging you.. . in theory it should eliminate.. . the posting of offensive material.. ... but then allowing.. the mingle Lords.. they themselves to uphold.. the rating.. at their discretion.. . and who knows there could be rules that must be followed... just a thought..

lets review his post...no offensive language, no suggestive remarks, actively searching a same sex "relationship" with his wife's blessing. who, btw, is also involved with her own same sex relationship. so the point is that just the idea he put out there was enough to get his post deleted simply because some (a small miority i would guess) take offense to it?
we have current threads with females looking for the same thing that are still active. pretty arbitrary rules if you ask me...and i know, nobody asked! |
