I'd go for dumber. At least it wouldn't take much to keep them interested, I could just flash some booby and they'd keep coming back for more.

Nope, because with the smart one i'd have to also be funny and engage in intelligent conversation. I'll take the dumb one, there is less work involved to keep him interested

I don't think dumb and smart are quantifiable enough to really answer.
I believe people educate themselves based upon their personal needs and interests and people can be 'dumber' than me about some things and also 'smarter' than me about others. I would prefer someone with an equivalent or slightly higher level of education(formal or through travel and experience), just because I think we would have an easier time creating a solid foundation. If they don't know about Education (Im an education major), but are very 'smart' about music and movies, that's perfectly desirable for me..lol |

agree w/ harmony. intelligence can be measure in so many different ways...compatability and a reasonable level of intelligence is fine....just make him intelligent enough that he can do his own math and fix small engines
