Mingle is great for chit chat, but meeting face to face is much preferred. The cyber world is full of good people and false people. You can judge and discern far more in a real world setting.

one of the things i have learned here, is that no matter what beachfarmer is talking about, half of us ask, what the hell is he talking about!!!? i've also learned that every 2.3 days someone will ask if distance is a factor in relationships. another thing i have learned is that people always say they want the truth, but when you give it to them in plain and simply fashion, they usually don't like it. what have you learned here? pretty much the same AND every 4-5 days someone asks if older women like younger men and if anyone is down for an FWB.... I have learned on here to keep conversations light and save more serious topics where "truth" could be a factor for those 1-1 convos with someone special :)

You never quite know. I have meet a long term friend on my first date from here. I have also had to make a police report in another state due to cyber-harrassment a few years back. Now after being here for like forever, I have friends that I have strong bonds.

I have learnt the more you "mingle" the more you want to " mingle" . and the more! you "mingle". the less time, you spend in your offline life... which means the need for mingle.. becomes even more important.... it is a vicious vicious cycle....lol

I have learnt... that it is good to have a variety of topics.. .... some people click together on certain topics.. .. other people click together on other topics.. . and then there are those topics. . where everybody gets to click together... ..... and at the end of the day it's all about the click isn't it.... .... all the topics... have a caption ... A prelude to what the thread will probably be about..... so if you don't think you're going to click with somebody in there...... simply pick a topic where you may find someone to click with..... I have learned if you don't like comic books then don't go into the comic book topic....lol... not saying I don't like comic books because I do.... .. this is this what I have learnt..jmo . . ....
