Hey fellow Minglers! I wanted to start this thread by thanking all of you for just being you! I started Mingle to find "the one" like so many others on here,I filled out my profile, added a picture and waited, was kind of boring just waiting to see if someone would say hi to me, but then I found the "forums", and things changed. There were actual people talking and laughing, having fun just being themselves. I dipped my toe in to test the waters, cause I am shy .....and wow....you guys accepted me and I am so grateful. My job keeps me home bound with 9 kids running around...lol...no I'm not crazy ...so to actually find "adults" to speak with on a daily basis was a new beginning for me. I enjoy coming here and reading people's stories, learning different cultures, playing games and participating in discussions. Each one of you brings something unique and special, whether it's your humor, your thoughtfulness, your intelligence,or your opinions. I just wanted to thank all of you for making me feel special, smexy, beautiful and smart, and for making my day less boring!! Now I pose a question to you.....is there someone who you are thankful for in your life? or Something that happened in your life that you are thankful for? or You just want to give thanks? Thanks for listening

I am thankful for all my children and their ability to make me feel stupid! I can always use the humility, or humiliations as it sometimes is... I think I am not overstepping when I say we love you Conejita!

I am thankful for all my children and their ability to make me feel stupid! I can always use the humility, or humiliations as it sometimes is... I think I am not overstepping when I say we love you Conejita! My son makes me feel stupid everyday.....he is such a nerd..... I just looked up what a conejita is....and I was like awww.....thx Criollo for making me laugh and for being you...love you too

Have you really got 9 kids. You only need 2 more for a football team. When I say football, I mean reall football what us Brits play

Have you really got 9 kids. You only need 2 more for a football team. When I say football, I mean reall football what us Brits play yes Franky...I run a day care....ages range from 2 to 9... Oh I get you now, you must be knackered, but rewarding with the charms of the kids. Nothing like childrens laughter to put a smile on your face.

Hummm I would have to say my brother.... He has always been my best friend... He is 4 years older then me. Even took me on dates with him.. Okay so that way he could go on a date and the parents thought it was kewl... they had no idea. But seriously he has always looked out for me.. We have never had even a slight disagreement... Some may think that is impossible but very true.. For the last three years I have worked for my brother and his partner. They have been best friends for over 30 years. Even after three years of working for him I actually respect him even more... We have never judged each other or got into each others lives as far as choices or how we live... But we know the other one will always be there no matter what..

My family and friends are an amazing asset to my life....and even better I'm gushing over a great man who is in my life....I'm so lucky....

beautiful bunny. aww that's so sweet. I am glad to know you. you have made me laugh often and your compassion is amazing. there are people here on Mingle to whom I am thankful for their taking the time to reach out and share a hug and a kind word on difficult days. in my life I am thankful that my prayers are heard and thankful that my mom had the courage to keep us.
