People read my profile very carefully lol, the exact reason why it doesn't matter...

mightymoe..argue?? I prefer 'debate'...it seems 'you' should go and read children's fairy tale books..and quote 'you' say people lie about everything?? DavidCommaGeek...I totally agree regarding your reference to at least one good paragraph.
It shows whether the person can spell and use grammar and punctuation correctly, although I don't get to hung up if they can get their punctuation wrong, for instance...I kinda like sentences of the 21st century...that kinda go like this... |

And I'm okay with starting a sentence with a preposition! So long as the rest of the sentence goes properly. But it's the people who type as if they are texting their bee-eff-eff that annoy me the most. If one-liners don't work when you're trying to pick up someone in a bar, then it shouldn't work online.

Well I do read profiles because like that I know if the person have the same interest as me .. How would you find some one if you don't know know anything about them?

My personal experience is the general population may read my profile but the scammers ignore what is in it. I stick to the forums and those that post here. At least here you have posts that may give you a small glimpse into the person you might be conversing with, as opposed to the complete crapshoot you are dealing with when getting emails out of the blue. I state in my profile that I do not YM, chat or email offsite or respond to random emails yet I get dozens every day, they just completely ignore it and constantly ask me for my yahoo id or to fb. You will probably figure it out on your own, but the scammers are almost always pictured sitting in a car or claim to be in the military and widowed and often pictured with a child, my personal favorite is in front of the White House.
 I am sure there are tons of real people out there looking after all I am here; you just have to learn how to spot the ones that are not legitimate. I have found the forums to be a lot of fun and there are some great people here. Welcome and Happy Hunting.

Most times I just want to talk to someone cod I want someone to listen to me and I also like listening to people too, I don't just listen to the words you say I listen from your heart to understand what you're saying so I do feel the people I talk to listen same way I do but it's not always like that for me |
