Topic: How do you relax after a hard days at work?

relaxing... after a hard day's work... hum... blowin out candles in cold hearted hearts. truly relaxing, since it be creating better for all.

Sometimes I come on here or sometimes I just watch some tv. Depends on the night!

some relax by feeling better for 1, some relax by shattering what create worst for all. the difference. uninterrupted joy, and sad joy, of the desperate.

Hi Tati!! I live in Malaysia....Asia for you! We suffer effects of the haze sometimes for half a year or so. Sometimes the sources are local, but the severe ones are transboundary haze pollution due to forest fires or open burning in neighboring countries. Some people have been known to die from the effects, especially the old and those with allergic symptoms. I get the smarting eyes, blocked noses and severe headaches. Hey there Amelinng It's Malaysia for me too, I'm not as dense as you're assuming . I'm sorry to hear about the trouble caused by effects of polutiion. Here's to finding ways to relax without going outside during period. Asia .... Malaysia, it is not that I think you are dense, dear Tati! Just putting it in the region where we are, as some people really do not know where the heck we are! Gotta say you have a lovely profile, great smiles in your pics....and you look great. What i used to do, but don't get much time to do these days, as i've gotta pull my weight in the house, is put my decks on in the spare room and do some mixing. Love my dance music!

Retired at 55 but usually sleep as it is almost always late when I get in from shrimping, fishing, gigging, or whatever activity I am doing, I prefer nighttime outdoors activity, or at least early morning or late evening when the sun is low...that is as close to work as I get. Envy you.....not having to work! I guess when you don't actually have to work, then getting about doing whatever activity you indulge in will be a sort of 'relaxation'! I know some just goes fishing to relax! Peace and quiet and maybe, a book while waiting for the fish to bite? Don't envy me not working, I work harder at playing than I ever worked working LOL I live life with gusto, and enjoy every minute of it my friend. Good luck finding you happiness.

Working harder at playing sounds absolutely perfect....that is because you love that. I love my work and sometimes I just like to settle down to just doing work, and nothing else. And as my work is 'never ending' year in year out, I like that I am able to enjoy doing it, rather than dreading it. It is the running around meeting clients and attending to things outdoors that gets to me. You could say that I 'relax' when I work at home, as I can listen to the music or even watch a movie as I do routine data entry work.

Just had a hard day's work. I am now sitting in front of my laptop with a bottle of wine beside me and a package of swedish fish, listening to Bonobo's "Late Night Tales" playlist and for the life of me....I really can't complain. Life is good!

I am definitely joking.. it is more like!. I stand up on my roof.. right about the time my neighbors are getting home from work... and scream, at the top of my lungs.. WHICH ONE OF YOU.. SONS OF A BOX OF RAISINS.. IS LETTING YOUR DOG CRAP ON MY LAWN.... and then I let off a couple warning shots ,over their heads.... you know! just to hammer home the point...lol.jk

This is what I call relaxing......laughing away at the cracks you guys put up! Darn.....it is just the beginning of the day for me, and even though it is a Sunday here, it is a full day for me. Gotta run...have fun guys/gals

I usually just relax in front of the computer, but in the summer I jump in the pool.

I usually just relax in front of the computer, but in the summer I jump in the pool. Loved the pool.... used to go to the pool after work, many many years ago. I would swim for hours and then, take a hot shower before heading for home. Sometimes, a sauna session....

yeah I have a great day .. . and just remember !!.if you're passing through my neighborhood... keep your dog off my lawn "or keep your head down..lol.. .... No way I am passing thru' your neighborhood..... I don't know if it was considered a nice day yesterday....in the 11 hours I was out, I picked 2 visitors from the airport, took them out for lunch, visit site, site meeting, dinner, drive visitors to hotel......and traveled 300km doing this loop. Surprisingly, I was not tired, but was alert....this much I can say about drinking chinese tea....better than drinking coffee if you need to stay awake. And to relax after all that driving around, came back...took a hot shower, mingled and then had a bit of kahlua before going to bed.
