The way I can relax myself from a stressful day, is taking a hot bath, while listening to some music. Or when it's not to cold outside going out for a walk helps- stepping outside can help you have a little moment off work :massage::nail_care::bow:

+1 for the relaxying music in the bath. I have a playlist dedicated to just that hehe

Good call. My bathtub is a walk-in shower though. Bad for baths. Great for other things.

A shower with a glass door, filled up with water can be pretty darn fun laugh

I never tried to plug the drain. I wonder... biggrin

"How do you relax after a hard days at work?"

A hard day at work? That sounds nasty. Is it contagious?

I like to unwind by putting on the headphones and listening to my classic Rock after work. When I am home and the weather is nice, I prefer to hop on the motorcycle and cruise a bit... clears the mind

I'm so so tired after running around in this mad world with all the traffic jams, and the hot hot weather, and the haze already building up here.......my eyes are burning, I can't keep my eyes open even after a hot shower.....still have to get some work done and see some people.... right now, all I can think of is crawling into bed and go to sleep!!! No time to relax.....

I know you guys like the weather warm, and I do too, not hot and dry though. I would never want to live where there is winter chill and cold.....tried it, not something I like. But when it gets hazy like right now, it is bad for our eyes, and those with asthma or sensitive noses, and just everyone else. I can't even drive with my windows down as you can smell the unpleasant smell out there.

Heard about the blizzard on the news yesterday, sounds real bad....keep safe everyone!flowerforyou

I go to the gym a few times a week, normally 4-5. I also mingle and will sometimes watch a little TV or cook after the gym.

On weekends I like to get outdoors.

Hi Tati!! flowerforyou flowerforyou flowerforyou
I live in Malaysia....Asia for you! We suffer effects of the haze sometimes for half a year or so. Sometimes the sources are local, but the severe ones are transboundary haze pollution due to forest fires or open burning in neighboring countries. Some people have been known to die from the effects, especially the old and those with allergic symptoms. I get the smarting eyes, blocked noses and severe headaches.
