I throw the odd wobbler from time to time. Usually once a month for a few days.

You're lucky Franky? My oldest sons mum was like that for a whole month! Ha ha, she'd throw whatever was closest to hand at me and she had a good aim when she was angry too! Glad I'm with a chilled out lassie now though!

This discussion has made me very sad and i regret my actions. Never got angry like this before. I threw my tablet at my younger brother. I cracked the screen. It hurts me because i sort of broke! But i will get through. Don't let your emotions take over your actions.

I threw the Monopoly board to the floor. We had played for about 2 hours. (so, yes I hung on for that long LOL)They were ganging up on me by cheating (NOT playing by the rules) to get me bankrupt. I had asked several times for them to just play the game but they kept trading (cheating) with each other and I finally said F it.
I am usually not a physical anger type, but sometimes ya just need ta vent.

Good Fun topic & some very clever responses;} I try[with all my power] to not get worked-up into the kind of rage which requires a great wasteful expenditure of personal energy for such a destructive & pointless physical result. However, in having written that, I must confess to harboring- this constant, dark & seething destructive impulse to do unconscionable things to my current cell phone [this electronic item & me, have shared, a long[too long] have "history" together].
This unhealthy impulse does include, -throwing & battering the device onto concrete or any hard unforgiving surface than taking my foot & mushing the poor phone into an unrecognizable & glorious mess of wires,circuitry, & plastic! Yes!!! I know, i am a sic pup;} lmao!

I work with a lot of guys in the construction business,and doing something like that sounds very dangerous..JS

A bottle oF superglue I mean damn you use it once and it sticks so good you can't get it out again, and if you use a screwdriver to reopen it it gets all over your fingers...Ok enough I am getting mad again...

Slamming doors... I used to excel at that... up to the point that you could hear the building moan and creak, about to collapse upon itself
It is best done with a solid, hardwood front-door. Oh.. the joy!! LOL
I hardly ever do that anymore.. My front-door's got glass in it. Not enough weight to have serious impact

Last year I was so frustrated about something that I slammed the sliding door shut so hard that my extension must have moved a foot, at least. Never gonna do that again... as I almost derailed the friggin door! ... Not looking forward to a 2.40m x 2m glass door on my patio... Then having to call council to tell them the door simply fell out.. Too embarrassing!

Thank god I can usually control my temper these days. Got hotheaded blood in my veins, thank you dad!

the bra one is too funny. i have never thrown anything out of anger. knowing my luck i would accidently hit an innocent woman passing by and feel like **** for it.. when i get that angry i play angry music in my head and walk for miles or drive for an hour or two verbally venting to myself
