My point is he would have been a natural born US citizen because his mother was. She was born in the US and he was born to a US mother. This is enough to make my point that it doesn't matter where he was born or where his father is from. I'm not talking about other countries or his parent's choices??

Since his first act as POTUS was to seal his records how does anyone know anything?

It's all just opinion

But everything could have been found out during the campaign. Hillary, who desperately wanted to be President, didn't use her influence to make that happen.

And Estelle, again, that depends on the laws of that country and the choices of the parents under those laws. For example, a Canadian woman gives birth in the United States. That child may be an American citizen, but that's not a requirement. If she chooses for her child to be only a Canadian citizen, the United States will not force citizenship on that child. Likewise, another country may have that option. Additionally, people often renounce citizenship of their home countries, which would explain how an American citizen can give birth to a non American citizen. The option to be solely a citizen of the country of birth may have been available.

Obozo was raised to hate "The Evil Satan" (America).

Any doubts about that read his book "Dreams From My Father" (notce it's not "dreams OF my father").

Yet another political thread derailed talking about Obama. I for one have already had enough of him. Bring in the next clown please.
You didnt find all this discourse entertaining? Why heck, I even found it educational....I learned that Hawaii isnt really part of the U.S. because you cant actually "drive" there.
laugh laugh laugh laugh

Some people! slaphead

No wonder we're in such a mess!

Guess facts are irrelevant or useless when there are no pictures accompanying them..... so Webster's dictionary has to be wrong!

Reading is fundamental! Understanding ..... that takes comprehension skills

Oh I apologize.....Your post about Hawaii seems to imply that since it is not actually on our mainland....you know, you cant "drive there".....its foreign.
Hell, maybe its not my reading comprehension skills that should be questioned.....maybe it others ability to put their acual thoughts into words thats lacking.

But hey, lets clear the air, shall we? You dont actually believe Hawaii is foreign, do you?

I mean....this is what YOU posted......

Anywhere outside the Cont US is foreign, and
yes, that includes Hawaii although it is a
state of the union.

......and your reasoning is that its because it cant be driven to.

Any place outside our borders is foreign. You
can't drive to Hawaii

If you cant understand the idiocy of your statements.....and the obvious spin you use (a dictionary definition of "foreign", not "foreign country") to try to justify them, there is nothing I, or hell, even Rand Paul himself, could say that would dissuade you from your opinion.....so carry on.

Again you are missing my point. People are talking about his father and his place of birth, completely disregarding his own mother has all the power in the matter!

His father is a Muslim, and according to his religion, that's not true. His father would make that decision if he was born outside the United States. Because he was born in Hawaii it's a non - issue.

It does not matter 'according to Islam' ...a US born citizen has the rights of a US born citizen. His father does not matter. Seriously do I have to say that??

If he was born on another planet or Hawaii would not make a difference. His place of birth does not matter.

Again his US mother has all the power.

I also posted the Websters description of "foreign" if you care to look back.

Because it is "outside" the continental US it is foreign to our continent. If you can drive to it I'd be impressed tho

I also said however that it was a state of the union, NOT a foreign country as you imply!

as far Islam is concerned,if your Father is a Muslim,so are you, regardless where you are born!
His Father's Opinion, whether or not,has no bearing on the Issue!

Spin away good sir, spin away. The context in which you implied Hawaii was foreign is that no one outside the continental U.S. could be elected president.....oh hell, lets just be honest....it was strictly a hopeful dig against one president, Obama.

And FYI, Im by no means an Obama supporter....IMO, he is THE most divisive and ineffective president of my lifetime. But, I will not stoop to throwing crap against the wall, hoping something sticks....crap like Obama isnt American or he's Muslim or not.....or nitpicking definitions of "foreign" to push a narrative that makes conservatives look like backwoods, redneck idiots. Its over, he's gone in 18 months.
Stick to your OP.....Maybe look at how RP turned the tables on a "gotcha" question from the MSM...

"Here's the deal—we always seen to
have the debate waaaaay over here on
what are the exact details of
exemptions, or when it starts," said
Paul, waving his hands to the left.
"Why don’t we ask the DNC: Is it okay
to kill a seven-pound baby in the
uterus? You go back and you ask Debbie
Wasserman Schultz if she's OK with
killing a seven-pound baby that is not
born yet. Ask her when life begins, and
you ask Debbie when it's okay to protect
life. When you get an answer from
Debbie, get back to me."

Like I said before, comprehension needs understanding, and sadly sir, yours was miles off base

I never once stated such a thing.

Obama was foreign born, away from the Continental US (hawaii, perhaps Kenya, who cares at this point), but I never once stated his status as anything else, or Hawaii as a foreign country. It is a foreign shore because you can't drive there from here, but it is a state of the union.

Cruz is foreign born, Canada, and you can drive there, but it is outside the Continental US as well. My only comparison in my post.

Deal with it, unless you feel you know better than I what I implied in my posts.

At least you have not supporting Obozo going for ya.

I'll vote Rand because Ron's not running, but I am neither a Repulsicon or a Demoncrap, nor do I support an elitist 2 party system exclusive to the point of controlling elections thru money and media bias.

Rand Paul would defend the child of a US born mother.
Also he would abolish the law that let's citizenship be acquired just for being born on US soil, when both parents are foreign. We need to protect the interests of US citizens.

Evidently you did since you seem convinced that anyone born in Hawaii is "foreign born" based on your understanding of a definition in a dictionary.
Lets look at your exact post, shall we?

Don't know what foreign born means?
Anywhere outside the Cont US is foreign, and
yes, that includes Hawaii although it is a
state of the union.

Now lets look at an alternate definition of "foreign born".....since you like definitions so much:

"" for·eign-born (fôr′ĭn-bôrn′, fŏr′-)
adj.
Foreign by birth; not native to the country in
which one resides.""
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/foreign-born

Nothing is mentioned about continents......or whether one can "drive there".
Although, one could theoretically "drive" a boat to Hawaii.

Deal with it,

I just did.....
