Remember Moe, 515 Ft. is more than the length of one and a half Foot Ball Fields from goal-post-to-goal-post ! the destroyer i was on in the navy was 550 feet... no where big enough You also have to keep in mind, I do believe I've mentioned this prior then this thread. But there wasn't as many animals then as there is now either. Meaning species wise, for example purposes say there are 500 different species of beasts in the world to this day. That would mean at that time there was only say roughly 250 different kinds of species. Due to evolution and or adaption through out the thousands of years or however old the word is "irrelevant to the discussion" till now. Along side they wouldn't be as populated in the world as they are in this day. ummm.. there is over 8.7 million different species of animals on the planet... sre you thinking that 8.7 million animals just appeared in the last 4000 years? http://www.nature.com/news/2011/110823/full/news.2011.498.html Again, those figures were for example purposes explaining the population difference in animals and or even species of animals. Heck for all we know, there could have only been 100 different types of species at that time. yea, no... DNA shows us that that is wrong...evolution shows us that is wrong... common sense tells us that is wrong... Just kind of out of humor for the comments made. How many species were there at the time of the flooding of the world? And exactly what time frame did this happen eg., a year atleast round about the flooding of the world happened. And where they kept the records of this on the ark? |

While we can only form conjectured ideas as to how-many of what could potentially be on-board... It still leaves the question as to who and why-else would a 515 Ft. long prehistoric boat be sitting 6300 Ft. above sea-level.
Really, what 'OTHER' explanation is there ? If it's a joke and was built on the spot... How did they get the lumber up there ? Absolutely, no other local trees to speak of.

We might have 8.7 million 'Strains' of animals on the Earth, but we haven't got that many Species in the least. K, I'm done in this discussion. Forget I mentioned anything about the amount of animals. Was just again for example purposes as there would be absolutely no possible way to have physical evidence to show how many and what species were there. Good day sir. Don't become indignant Cowboy GH... I'm just saying that it would of been very easy to strike a number somewhere between what You've said and something much greater yet. |

Most of the research has been done by a fellow called Ron Wyatt. A Seventh Day Adventist Christian from Kentucky. Sadly, he passed away in 1999, I think. |

The actual number of original species would actually be incredibly expensive to determine just because so-many strains of species will all-too-often never try to mate with each-other in nature again. Here's a small example: A Pigeon and a Dove are the same species. Put a wild Pigeon and a wild Dove in the same cage with each-other (Male & Female) and they'll still try to kill each other ! |

The actual type of trees that were used can't be verified since they've turned to stone through petrification. This boat even has some very curious alloy metals that were used at various locations throughout the vessel. They've even made an excavation well into the hull to reveal Cat Hair, Dung, and Antlers and Horn. The hour-long documentary has pictures point-blank of various parts of the boat. I hope You'll take the time to watch it, Moe. |

a Wooden Vessel of that size is an Engineering Impossibility!
Especially since Noah was no Shipbuilder,and apparently there were no reasons to have any Ships! Someone must have forgotten to take their Tincture of Valeriana,and thus got some facts mixed up!

Here's the thing, Conrad...
It's not like a massive boat 515 Ft. long doesn't exist ! This boat in a petrified state actually is in existence on Mount Judi. Our assumptions of a Cubit only being about 18 Inches long was woefully small. Apparently, this Cubit was based on the same Cubit as the Egyptian Cubit of 20.6 Inches. So, Noah's Ark was a perfect 515 Ft. long as has been found on this Mount Judi, in the Ararat Mountain Range. [ Here's The Math - (300 X 20.6") divided by 12" = 515' ] The Port And Starboard walls of the hull have been blown-out wider than the original 50 Cubits Beam Width. (Stands To Reason, As It Has Been Unmaintained For So Long) It's not like there was any lack of Fresh Water to drink... It was raining. Fodder for Herbivorous Animals could easily have been stored. Meat for Carnivorous Animals could easily have been supplied by fishing. (What Else Was There To Do ?) Not only fishing, but just think of the carnage of millions of dead floating countless things that died. Making a relative comparison to a luxury cruse ship like the Titanic isn't really accurate as they're all about 'luxury !' |

When I was a kid, I remember my father having a Bumper-Crop of Potatoes and he didn't have enough room to store them in the basement cold-room. He decided he pile them into the Garage and cover them with Canvas Tarps. They were off to one side for a long time, and eventually everybody, including my father, forgot about them. Several years later when cleaning-out all the clutter in the Garage... We stumbled upon this pile brittle canvas that broke-off in flakes into our hands. When at last we uncovered the old canvas... There were the Potatoes. But, they weren't Potatoes anymore... ! They were as hard a stone ! My next-door neighbor and myself went around the neighborhood showing everybody that we had Prettified Potatoes. We assumed the lime came-out of the floor of the Garage between the time water in the Spring-Time would come in. Sadly, as we were just Kids, we took turns hitting them with a Hammer till they were dust. The more I think about it... We were very hasty with our find ! ************************************************************************************** So, Petrification doesn't actually take Millions of years to happen, after all. |
