The title of this thread is a bit misleading, because not all boys are crude or are taught to be crude. Actually, that's sort of mostly false. I wasn't crude as a kid, but I was DEFINITELY taught to be crude. By every other male around me (except my father), especially including every single sports related teacher, coach, instructor, or team leader. Being crude, or at least being ABLE to be crude, is a fundamental requirement to survive as a male American. |
